Wrong product delivered. Really poor service. I ordered a product online and the wrong item was delivered from the Cannington store. The product (pool pump) received was the clearance model, not the newer model that I had paid extra for. When I enquired about this, I was told that they did not have the new stock available and that the one I received was the exact same product, this is not true at all as I specifically wanted the new model for the upgrades. Very nice and friendly
Big thanks to Nicole at Clark Rubber Cannington! My pool pump wasn’t working and she quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the heat pumps. Super helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with. Everything is working perfectly now.
