I was extremely disappointed with the customer service today. There was none. My husband and I walked into the store and spent 10 minutes or so wandering around, looking at rubber matting. There were three staff members at the checkout talking, and that's where they stayed. Not one came to us or asked if we needed help as we walked by. As we left, my husband said, "Thanks for the service." One of the young workers said, "No worries."
The stall were a great help with advice and costing.
Lucy was excellent with her customer service. She helped me to make quick as easy decisions for my order and the floor carpet for my car was perfect. Look for Lucy when you get in the store to get what you are looking for. Thank you again Lucy, Joel
I have never done a review in my life before and can’t believe I’m doing it now I purchased a pool yesterday then I payed $1000 dollars for the pool got it out and released it was to big as I’ve never worked with measurements as my kids and I couldn’t only get the pool back in the box they took $500 dollars off me and a worker said he could put it back in the box so they made $500 off a single mum on Christmas Eve do not buy from them as another Clark rubber would have gave me a full refund.
My mum was very nervous about picking a new mattress, but Craig was excellent at making her feel comfortable and explaining her choices and how they buried in a manner that was comfortable for her. Excellent service.
