I would never recommend Clark realty or their townhomes. From the very beginning of our move in there was problems. We were shown a townhome and were made to believe that was the home we were getting, so when we arrived late at night, we went directly to the home, it was open so we were thrown off but their realtor said that was going to be the one we were getting so we moved our stuff in, only to get a rude person come at like 6am to yell at us because this was apparently not our townhome. I had a great experience with this property management company! Kevin Clark and Jason Henderson, Associate Broker, were extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout the whole process. They worked fast to get me moved into my townhouse and made everything smooth and stress-free.
