While selling a property on behalf of a mutual client, they went above and beyond ensuring that we were able to get access, and manage the sale process efficiently and effectively. This review is to specifically highlight and recommend Debbie with Clark Realty. She was punctual, professional, empathetic, and overall helped to make the selling process a positive experience for us. Any time I needed to talk with someone and Debbie picked up the phone, I felt at ease and knew that my questions or concerns would be heard. After coming from a property that had no regard for their tenants, I had very low expectations for the next property management that I would be leasing with. Susan Martinez made me reevaluate. From the day I signed my lease to move in, Susan helped every step of the way. She made what used to be a nightmare, into one of the easiest move-in processes I have ever had. Susan Martinez, is the most polite and very very helpful person at this office. Her dedication in helping us solve any problem that wasn't communicated to me nor my husband properly. Hands down her Commitment and top-notch customer service skills is what we need in all place of business today. Also, Susan answered every call and she answered all my questions and made me feel very complete without even having to drive to the office . Truly am thankful to have Susan in the office.
