The ladies at the office are so kind and informative. I’ve mainly been working with Susan and she’s been giving me the best experience with a property management that I’ve had in a while. Maintenance has fulfilled requests in a timely manner and Carlos showed me the home and was patient with my children’s high energy during the tour. Business is veteran friendly and conveniently located.
Do not rent or buy from Clark Realty. They’re very dishonest. Ive been renting this townhome for a year it’s only myself and teen son and not only did they double my rent to over $2000 because I wouldn’t renew my lease but they also charged me nearly $3000 to repair damages that due to wear and tear (their explanation) for example, replacement of door knob due to “stickiness”, wall patches, etc which honestly was not caused by me or my son.
