My critique isn't to speak ill of anything or them, though it is for improving and working on what is needed. There was only one thing which they need to work on. For me it was when I went to pick up my keys. They were to call and meet someone have them sign and give them keys which is something they need to work on instead of someone driving there to pick them up themselves, when you work with a realtor that is something they were to be doing.
