I took my child to this practice due to attention issues. For starters, we called their office twice and never even got a call back. It took 3 months to get my child evaluated. My child had an appointment about 30 days out, then another 30 days out for my child to take the assessments, then another 30 days out just to discuss the results. These people called me for an appointment that someone else set up for me, the day before my appointment. When I told them I had no knowledge of the appointment and had an appointment I had waited 2 years for, over an hour away on the same day, the lady got an attitude quick. She told me they would cancel the appointment and I would NOT be rescheduled. I asked why she couldn’t reschedule an appointment I had no clue about and she acted like I was lying. I received psychological testing at this place. At the time I took the tests I was being treated with medication, so of course I based my tests responses on how I was currently feeling while on medication. I believe this skewed my results and I'm not sure if this was even considered. I would advice others to be cautious when receiving their test results. I'm going to get a second opinion because I know myself and I know the testing didn't catch everything.

Came here a few years ago for a ADHD diagnosis. I was made to come back for 4 or 5 different tests and was told after months and hundreds of dollars that I dont have ADHD. I was told it was just anxiety and that I just needed to work on that. Thats fine! No big deal! I was wrong! Well today I went to a different doctor because I was still struggling. There are many things wrong with this place! First off, the staff is some of the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. It took months to get an appointment, only to drive an hour to the appointment and find that Dr. Clark had not even looked at the book of paperwork. He then stated that he would not see him because the evaluation was recommended by my attorney.
