We were visiting from TN and our car started making a funny noise. We were worried about driving it back to TN. They were already booked for the day but they agreed to drive it and listen to it. Collin and Randy quickly diagnosed the problem and told us it would be fine to drive home but said we should take it to a mechanic when we get home. They didn’t have to do this for us; and they didn’t charge me anything for the consult. Great customer service!
For me, trust is not a given in this industry. I would like to thank Randy and everyone else at Clark Motors for being so friendly, honest and accommodating.
