We are a family owned operation that takes pride in the homes that we build. We have been in the same location in Central Michigan since 1983 and have built hundreds of homes all over the state. Being located in the center of the state allows us to serve home buyers from the whole state with the confidence that we will be able to service them long after the construction of their dream home is complete.

Didn't set the modular on the basement correctly bowed out on the back side of the house between the basement wall and the floor joist are over the basement wall now I know why the marriage line has a big gap in the middle of the floor didn't know about this until the deck guy pointed it out too us and when you look down the back wall of the modular you can see the bowed wall probably when they strapped the modular and crained it in place the modular flexed out, definitely a Rush job , sorry to say.
Tanya was my sales lady. She helped me along the way with everything. Very quick at responding to emails and answering all questions. Very easy process start to finish. My house turned out great. They do come out and fix items that may happen during the year. Great company to work with and would highly recommend to anyone looking at Modular’s homes!
