Showed up to my scheduled 8:45am appointment at 8:30 and was told I needed to reschedule. Umm what?? This place is garbage. I’ll find someplace else. Thanks for wasting my time.
We have never had any problems with the doctors. They have always been great with the kids but women working behind the counter have gone downhill. It started with an extremely long wait on the phone and when someone did finally pick up she was extremely rude! They should be ashamed of themselves. I have a very deep respect for anyone in the health industry but how they treat people is uncalled for!
Does anyone know the phlebotomist that is on the 3rd floor, that they send you to for blood work? She’s the sweetest lady and used to be the highlight of me going to this obgyn. Really needing her name 🙏🏼 Aside from her, I never liked this Gyno office. The Dr’s I saw, one being Vicki, made me uncomfortable and made me feel stupid for asking questions. Haven’t been back and won’t be going back.
RecommendedI’ve only been seeing Dr. Munsie for a short time but she’s already blown me out of the Ayer with her knowledge and thoroughness. She has solved a year old problem for me just be being extra attentive to details and listening. Very much recommend her!

I trust Dr Bowl's and Dr Criger's opinions on the care of my kids. We have been coming here for 24 years. The staff is generally friendly, the wait time is reasonable, and the office is clean. We miss Dr Teichman though.

Dr Munsie delivered my baby and made me feel great during the whole pregnancy process. She could tell when I was scared and was extremely reassuring in making sure I was okay.
RecommendedDr. Bauer is the best! very caring and listens to any question or concern you may have. Definitely recommend this place.
