This place sucks, you can not stay in yout truck while being unloaded,it is their policy,you have to wait in metal cage ,seat on plasticuncomfortablechair,no vending machine,no restroom .
Not sure why the bad reviews. I came for a pick up. The shipping department is respectful and quick to get you a dock. In and out in less than an hour. Yes they nail into the trailer but I mean if you've ever hauled anything like this it's necessary so the load don't shift.

Stay away from them! I got overweight + REload + destroyed log book driving time
Loading 1- 2 hours. But after unloading you must remove over 100 nails from floor around docks also lot of nails.
