Not a good place to live. – Clark Manor is not on my list of desirable places to live, when looking for low-income housing. The neighbors are extremely noisy, as management does nothing to tend to the situation (although they always say they will take care of the problem). I lived there for 7 years and even to this day, I know that Clark Manor is not a place you would want to be alone at night outside.
