I can be pretty critical and have a high level of expectation when paying for professional services. The process wasn't perfect. There were days where I was upset about communication, insurance company sent a check to the wrong address, bank had issues cashing the check, etc... HOWEVER, "stuff" happens, and when it did, or I spoke up, they stepped up and handled it. That's the true test... everyone can shine in the sun, but when it rains you get to see the real stars come out. Thanks Team.
I’m definitely satisfied with the case manager I was assigned to she kept in touch with me and was very transparent with her communications with me she also handled my children uber accident and made a hard time a easy one
