This firm’s handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing. My mother’s case was apparently transferred to someone named Zaira, who was rude and disrespectful during our communication. When I asked who was currently handling the case, she responded in a very dismissive manner and did not seem to have any familiarity with me or my involvement in the matter.
