Car taken for service . Service included tire rotation . Service department alleged and notated rotation as completed in final bill . Car taken to external specialist. It was determined tire rotation never performed . When service department/ manager was contacted, he accepted rotation not performed and brushed it off as an oversight. This is not only an oversight, it was lack of transparency/ professionalism/ ethics. No apology or corrective action offered by service department. Truly disappointed
Worst experience of my life! Wish a zero was an option. Had my 2023 Honda Accord towed to Clark Knapp Honda for a computer meltdown a couple of weeks ago. I was told: 1. Next available date was March 28, 2024 2. Drive your car to Harlingen, we are very busy 3. You don’t qualify for a loaner - even thou my car only is still under (2) warranties 4. Stay away from this company. They are dishonest and have no customer service skills. There is no rating below one star otherwise I would have gone for it. I had ordered some ***** parts in April 2022 and I had requested the sales dept to send the parts by ****. The parts ended up being shipped by ***. I could honestly leave zero stars if I could! Worst part ordering experience ever. They will originally charge you $160.50 for shipping for two parts that cost less than that. Then will hold your order for about a week just to email you saying that they need another 210.67 because they cannot support the shipment and have to seek another company to ship out the parts.
