If I could give 0 stars, I would. This guy, along with his office, are jokes. They're all rude. They sent me for a test and never advised me of the over $5000 bill I'd be getting!!!! They then charged me $340 for "reading the report from the test". I never saw anyone and they said this charge was for looking at some papers. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE UNLESS YOU FEEL LIKE SPENDING A BUNCH OF MONEY FOR HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
