Title: Negligent Installation and Poor Customer Service Review: I had a highly concerning and disappointing experience with Clark Heating & Cooling, Inc. during the installation of a furnace in November 2023. Despite initially seeming professional, their work resulted in a serious safety hazard that endangered my family, pets, and home. Mrs. ******* is accurate that there was a gas leak. It was not as she describes "not connected at all" rather a leak from a mechanical fitting that as we admitted, was not adequately tightened. The leak was at a fitting manufactured by GAS TIGHT which is in the business of manufacturing gas pipe & fittings for in home use. It also requires certification to be able to purchase & install.
