The pricing for the ventilated ceiling repairs was fair, and the work was completed efficiently, though communication about scheduling could have been clearer. Overall, I'm satisfied with the service provided.
The repair took a couple of hours, which seemed appropriate for the complexity involved, and the technician was clear and thorough in explaining what needed fixing. The air conditioning system is now running smoothly without any lingering issues✅
The dismantling of my A/C system took about three hours, which seemed reasonable considering the complexity involved. Given my cautious expectations from past experiences, I was relieved that everything was handled professionally.
Compared to a previous contractor, this HVAC service was thorough and efficient, leaving me feeling reassured about my A/C maintenance. The technician clearly explained what was done and provided helpful tips for future upkeep.
After inspecting the vents, the technician showed me the buildup and took about two hours to thoroughly clean everything out. It's been several days now, and our A/C airflow has noticeably improved throughout the house.
