I tried scheduling an appointment and the receptionist rudely mentioned that it is walk in only. When I have arrived at the clinic, I got turned away saying I need to come back tomorrow and my problem was ignored. Why would I have to wait a whole day after being informed on the phone for walk ins and being sick for one more day?
Amazing pharmacy staff. They need to receive a customer service award.
Been on base 4 years. Never had any issues with this clinic. Vision - easy, hearing- easy, labs and xrays- easy. Appointment times aren't bad. Theyre rough everywhere in the military. Staff always kind.
Angela Jones was awesome in getting me seen ASAP. I called expecting the same old wait four to six weeks to see my PCM but she got me someone the next day. On top of that, she was really kind and actually listened to my issues.
