Watched may of my service members use this place and just get sent to the prison on the 6th floor and now will never ask for help again because of how bad it was.
I see many reviews with the same answer, “please contact the patient advocacy……”. Where is the person in charge? What you guys are doing to improve the service, the clinic personnel don’t answer phones, you get treated at the front desk like someone is doing you a favor and with the exception of one PA (based on my experience) the rest don’t want to work!!!
