I rented from Clark Fork reality for two years at the Grizzly Apartments. The plumbing was HIDEOUS!!! I exercised my rights, complaining about the sewage backing up into my shower to the owner. Despite this atrocious health violation, and my patience of this occurrence every three months… all I received was a lease termination less than a week after documenting this to the owner Vickie.
