Long time owner, resident and investor in the building. The building is well maintained by on site staff who keep the facilities is great shape. The building is quickly improving coming out of the pandemic and actively working to modernize. Kalen Hernandez, the property manager, does an awesome job running her staff, working with the Board, and providing owners and renters practical solutions no matter the circumstance.
Ideal parking garage for the area . You DONT have to live in the Building to rent a parking space
MOLD. MOLD. MOLD. Mold in the walls of a unit that my friend has been in for the past 6 months as well as a history of mold in the HVAC system blowing through the hallways! Absolutely terrifying and management tried to deny it all. We brought in our own company to test for levels of mold and it was EVERYWHERE. They need to tear this place down and start over. Make sure your unit is safe before you move in, mold is extremely dangerous people!
Best place to call home all the door greeters are awesome. And the location is the best in the city. Close to all the stadiums and close to the water for a good walk in the morning you just can't beat Chicago.
