I called due to a recommendation for Dr. Clark and the office refused me services. I had surgery at RMC and didn't want to go back. I planned to go to St. Vincent's if I have any more issues. I am appalled that I'm not able to get a second opinion here! I'll call somewhere else!
Great surgeon, nice office complex, easy to find, easy to get to, wait was less then 15 min
Not as attentive to patients needs as expected. Orders were confused after surgery, under his watch, and wasn't available to clarify. Kept me without any pain medicine for 13 hours after surgery. Nice bedside manner, but leaves patients suffering after he is gone. Lack of pain management causes patient recovery to be hendered.
