Very unfriendly. They all seem to hate their job and act like they do not want to be there.
My experience is exactly like all the negative post here. Rude people with nothing but excuses. They claim they don't get payments and then tack on more fees. I urge everyone voting in Clark County vote out the current treasurer if they can't get their stuff together. Totally incompetent organization.
Not a single competent employee onsite. Passed around between the recorder, auditor and treasure NONE of them could help me understand a letter FROM their office demanding money from me. We pay for a GARBAGE GOVERNMENT
Can't get anyone to answer or return a call. Very user unfriendly online system and no customer service over the phone.
