Not a single competent employee onsite. Passed around between the recorder, auditor and treasure NONE of them could help me understand a letter FROM their office demanding money from me. We pay for a GARBAGE GOVERNMENT
Can't get anyone to answer or return a call. Very user unfriendly online system and no customer service over the phone.
I paid my taxes at the New Washington Bank on April 23 2024. The treasure office shows it was not paid. I have called the treasure office many many times always get voice mail I leave messages and ask for call back. So far no call. I am a senior citizen and have to get a ride to the new office or I would have been to the office. Do they even listen to their voicemail?
