We have had nothing but leaking issues by skylight replacement on our manufactured home. Roof only 12 yrs old and are looking to replace or fix leaks. Bill came out several times. Didn't respond to my certified letter about fixing inside of house where it leaked thru. We now have another leak by the woodstove pipe. Maybe flashing was done incorrectly. Just a bit salty right now. Should not be happening.

Work site is no safe. They leave trash laying around, un secured objects or poorly tied down. Half of workers not wearing proper personal protection wear.
The team showed up in the afternoon ready to work. roof was stripped that evening. new underlayment and repairs around chimney flashing replacement all done with shingling began next day.Next day shingling completed and thorough cleanup completed. Excellent work!
