Bill at Clark County Roofing is amazing to work with, his team was very professional and courteous. Although no fault of Clark County Roofing, we did have a leak that appeared later and I wasn't sure if it was an older skylight or an issue with the new roof. Bill came out and determined that it was defective roof vent which the vent manufacture put out bulletin of their defect in certain batches of vents. Bill also replaced other vents in that area. I had a leak and Bill came to inspect. He offered to replace a broken vent with a better one right then for a good price. Then he told me I had defective 10 year old shingles which should be under warranty. He took off and replaced two shingles for no charge, which the manufacturer required to study. He helped me get the information the manufacturer required like square feet, slope, number of bundles. The warranty requirements were frustrating but Bill was helpful. Reroofing was timely and workers left the yard clean.
Clark County Roofing gave me a new roof and replaced some rotten plywood Did a great job for a reasonable price! The foreman also took an extra step and found then fixed a venting issue! Thank you!!!
We have had nothing but leaking issues by skylight replacement on our manufactured home. Roof only 12 yrs old and are looking to replace or fix leaks. Bill came out several times. Didn't respond to my certified letter about fixing inside of house where it leaked thru. We now have another leak by the woodstove pipe. Maybe flashing was done incorrectly. Just a bit salty right now. Should not be happening.
