I do say that the school ditrict and the police are working together to give out tickets. The bus would park on boulder hwy letting kids off and their lights on causing a hugh traffic. The po would stop anyone passing the bus , that is on boulder, to give tjem a ticket. That is how theu get funds.
Absolutely unhelpful employees. Unprofessional. If you need ro get something from their office hold your breath you'll be jumping through hopes for no reason at all.
