After calling your phone line the message says to press number 2 if you have questions and that option doesn't work! I keep pressing number2 and some stupid pre-recorded voice keeps repeating hello. are you there? hello... are you there? And the previous long message repeats itself! On the same useless recorded line They give you an email address to email them and that email is not valid either! So, what's wrong with you guys?

The day we had a passing Coroner Echo did not let us see our loved one.... I get that she only did it for our "memory" but we had already seen him prior to her arriving. She stole the chance of us saying goodbye to our father one last time. I let the police do their job and stepped away from the scene as requested but got no chance to say goodbye and that is something that we carry in our hearts and does not allow us to move on because there will be always something missing.
