Unprepared and unable to facilitate productive dialog. Deborah had asked my attorney to draft a summary of our case days prior because she refused to read the full case. We opened by spending the first hour of the 4 hour mediation re-explaining the basics already covered in the summary SHE requested. I've mediated with both Bruce and Debbie. They're top notch mediators and people. You can't ask for two better mediator's to help you resolve your dispute. Both Bruce and Debbie go the extra mile in the off chance the case doesn't settle at mediation by following up to see if there's anything they can do to get it resolved.

I have known Bruce first as a defense lawyer and then as a mediator for over 10 years now. He's excellent. He works very hard in the mediations and I have found can more often than not bring the case to a resolution. If the case doesn't resolve, he will stick with it until it does (if it can). He's quickly moved up my list of mediators in Austin to use.

Deborah was kind enough to speak with me for a few minutes regarding a residential construction project I am dealing with and gave advice on how I should go about the issue. She was very easy to talk to and sincere with her suggestion. I will definitely call Clark and Clark in the future for any litigation services.
