Insist on a different closing attorney! AWFUL! – My husband and I are trying to purchase a home and the selling bank (it's a foreclosure) chose McCalla Raymer to close the deal. The closing attorneys found out at least three weeks ago (could be as long as 6 weeks ago) that there is a lein on the title but chose not to tell us until the day of closing.
