I contacted a few roofing companies and Clark Brothers Roofing & Construction was the only one that answered right away and set up a same day appointment. I have an older home in Merritt Island that needed roof repairs, including a few sections of damaged roof decking and fixes for active leaks. 5 stars still do not feel like enough. We called after a storm blew off some shingles, and Ian came out right away to inspect the roof and suggest filing an insurance claim. He returned to meet with the adjuster in person and helped guide us through the whole process, which made getting our full roof replacement covered much easier. I had a roof leak and did not realize the wood decking under the tiles had rotted, so the whole roofing system was in rough shape. It was a big problem, and I had a few roofing contractors come out to inspect it and give estimates. I am very glad I moved forward with this roofer.
