Douglas came out to take a look at my roof. As a new homeowner, I wasn’t sure how the insurance process worked, but he took the time to sit down and explain everything to me in detail, which I really appreciated. He was very professional and answered all my questions, even the ones I thought were silly. When we moved into our home in West Caldwell, the inspector mentioned that the roof might not have been installed the right way, so we needed a roofing expert to check it soon.
