I took my BMW X5 2005 to Clark's Auto a few months ago. I asked them to give me a complete diagnosis or what was wrong with the vehicle. They gave me the diagnosis and I paid for everything that was wrong. I didn't find out that I needed the Maryland State Inspection to be able to get tags. I didn't ask them to do a Maryland State Inspection and upon the inspection they found more things wrong with the vehicle that they did not tell me that first. On top of that I had the vehicle towed and they ended up damaging the vehicle ... read more

Could not ask for BETTER service than these guys offer! I brought them my truck with random dashlights lit and they worked tirelessly to figure out the mystery. What's better? I strongly recommend Clark Auto. They were gracious, friendly, quoted a very reasonable price, and did the job for that price. (They were $330 cheaper than their "Apple" flavored competitors). Plus, when Jackie, the awesome Admin/owner?, forgot to add my oil change to the job, they did it for free wile I waited, even though I offered to pay for it. Outstanding service!
We moved here about a year ago, and always take our SUV to Clark Auto. We scheduled an appt for an oil change/ tire rotation and they got us in the next day. The appointment was done quickly and they are so friendly!! I would definitely recommend them! After years of going places where we wait forever and are told a list of expensive problems, it's so refreshing to find a quality place!
