I can’t say enough good things about the whole team. Incredibly thorough, timely, and I never thought our windows could look as good as they did afterward. Both from the inside and out. We’ll be doing this yearly going forward.

Last year we gave Clarity a 5 star review. Based on that service we scheduled again for June 12, 2025. On June 11th they called and asked if we were available within a few hours - we had company and were unable to change the date to accommodate their schedule. As of today June 24, 2025 they have not appeared or called or sent a text explaining or even re-scheduling. Our 5 star review has been downgraded and Clarity has been shown to be unreliable and disrespectful.

Evan and his crew at Clarity are phenomenal. They are very professional, efficient, super nice and so easy to work with. They cleaned our windows last week and were kind enough to help with the bird decals. They also offered to spot check the gutters and remove any debris. It’s a pleasure doing business with them.

I want to thank Evan and the entire team at Clarity for the professionalism and attention to detail they continue to show. And now, I must add the best customer care I have ever seen. I just had my windows and screens cleaned and reinstalled. After the team left I noticed several scratches and damage to my wood flooring. I called Clarity to report the problem and sent over photographs showing the damage. That afternoon I was contacted and an appointment was set up for a floor repair crew to come within 2 days.
