Terrible customer service. Canceled my son’s appointment without any notice. They insisted that someone called but I showed them my call log and no one had called. Bogus service and wasted time and I’m sure if it would be the other way around, they would charge me.
No flexibility in appointment reschedules and firm on cancellation fee inspite of using their services for several years. The service quality has deteriorted over the years. The frames are marked up considerably to align with insurance benefits.
