Doctor is great(not the staff)—gives a thorough examination and takes the time to explain everything clearly. However, the front desk/sales experience is disappointing. The staff feel more like aggressive salespeople than care providers, pushing unnecessary upgrades and displaying an off-putting attitude. Furthermore, their frame prices seem significantly higher than other optical stores for the exact same frames. Great doctor, but the clinical setting feels far too commercialized.
They have helped me numerous times since my appointment in July to make sure my frames and lenses were correct with my new glasses. Each time I had a question or needed something adjusted, they were kind, helpful, and made sure I had exactly what I needed. Thank you for great customer service!
Staff is very rude..recorded me and my tag because I was waiting to go into work. Could’ve parked anywhere in the parking lot and she chose to record me and my tag and call me out my name..Will be contacting corporate office. Very sad moment for such an early morning. No customers were there. I was parked for maybe 10 minutes to pass time no loud disturbance or anything.. She had no right to take pictures of me and my vehicle being RACIST.
My whole family went there for almost 10 years. In the last couple of years, the doctors keep changing, staff, and even the lab. The quality has clearly declined. Not going back.
