I contacted the office to obtain new contacts and was advised that my prescription expired June 30,2020. So they want to schedule me for a new exam but this cant happen until late September at the earliest. Wow thats not acceptable for a practice as large as this one. I ask that they allow me to buy my original contact prescription for which they said no as i would have to purchase the contacts that did not work me in the first place. So why would I waste several hundred dollars on contacts that did not work the first time. ... read more

I have been a patient at Clarity Vision for over 10 years. I have had nothing but exceptional customer service and care. I too was curious as to how the office would operate differently due to the Covid pandemic and my experience was flawless. My originally scheduled appointment had to be rescheduled due to the pandemic. Yesterday, my wife was refused service here because of her career as an RN. Despite the fact that she had conversations with staff about this on a previous visit and it was not a problem then, on this particular day both she and my son were not allowed to have the contact fitting that he was so looking forward to. They were not symptomatic, this was solely due to the fact that she’s a nurse. Dr Amy was great however the arrogant lady that helps get your glasses dialed in thought she was a Dr and told me the blurriness in my right eye was normal in progressive lenses. I told her my left eye was fine but my right eye could only see out of the middle part in a very small opening. She didn’t want to hear it an arrogantly told me I was wrong. So I took my business elsewhere and they found the problem immediately. I would never recommend this place.
