Dr. Charles Thompson and staff appear to be ok when you meet them I started my weightloss journey in Feb. of 2021 it is now 2023 and I have not had my surgery yet!!! I can't even find the Dr. and on top of that he keeps sending me a bill for 75.00 I'm guessing the bill is for a phone call that he made to me telling me that finally after 2 yrs he will do my surgery on Feb,1,2023 even though I was due for surgery for a full hysterectomy 0n Dec.12,2023 it is now Jan.25,2023 and i have not heard a word from Dr.Thompson or anyone... read more
This was the best decision I’ve ever made, I am extremely happy with my progress. I am 1 year post op and still losing weight. The staff at Clarity is extremely professional and helpful. Dr. Thompson is the GOAT of bariatric surgery and has the best bedside manners there is. No question is off limits and you never feel rushed.
