Kristen Jacobs at Clarity Psychiatric Care has been an absolute game-changer for me. She is thoughtful, thorough, and takes the time to truly understand what's going on. UPDATE: I previously left a factual Google review about my experience with the front desk while trying to schedule an appointment. Rather than addressing the concerns raised, I was effectively turned away by the office manager. That response was honestly more concerning than the original issue. A healthcare practice—especially one providing psychiatric services—should welcome patient feedback and aim to improve access to care, not dismiss or intimidate people for speaking up. When I started awhile ago, I thought it’d be hard to open up to a stranger but I couldn’t have been happier and felt more comfortable than with the help of Josh Schorr !! he truly cares and I can say I’ve thrived as a person since starting here. I've been with my Dr. Since 2023 and I've been giving a life worth living back. I'm not just existing anymore in actually living within my means. Sure I'm still fighting each day how've I don't feel alone i know I'm backed by not only my Dr but everyone at Clarity Psychiatric Care.
