UPDATE: I previously left a factual Google review about my experience with the front desk while trying to schedule an appointment. Rather than addressing the concerns raised, I was effectively turned away by the office manager. That response was honestly more concerning than the original issue. A healthcare practice—especially one providing psychiatric services—should welcome patient feedback and aim to improve access to care, not dismiss or intimidate people for speaking up. When I started awhile ago, I thought it’d be hard to open up to a stranger but I couldn’t have been happier and felt more comfortable than with the help of Josh Schorr !! he truly cares and I can say I’ve thrived as a person since starting here.
