This landlord doesn’t not care about its tenants. Only it’s corporate financed and corporate invested properties. Renting from this landlord subjects you only to a three month rental agreement. Then month to month. Hundreds of people were not guaranteed the ability to rent long term. Any rental with this management company results in your money paying for corporate investments and improvements into their new or existing construction. READ BEFORE APPLYING If you're moving from out of state be aware they have a policy that you HAVE to tour the property before they'll rent it to you. If you know someone in town that can FaceTime/video call you during the tour they'll accept that. But if you don't know anyone then you're out of luck as they were unwilling to do the video tour themselves when I asked. -- EDIT / UPDATE -- Updating my review to be more accurate - my application fee WAS refunded (I previously stated it wasn't).
