10/10 do not recommend using clarity rentals to rent. We’ve lived there for a year and a half and have had many issues/concerns. One main one being a rat infestation due to the neighbors in the area and us having to pay over $600 out of pocket to get it treated. And asked multiple times for them to pay for it as it was no fault of our own. they claimed it was not “their responsibility” . They don’t care about your needs, water leaks broken pipe, mold. You gotta call multiple times and still takes weeks to get someone out to fix it. Landlords Are mouthy and don’t respect you at all. Totally don’t recamend renting from these crazy people.
