Dr. Reita Thomas-Parel is an excellent doctor. She was very detailed in her approach to care and took time to address all my questions and concerns. I felt confident that I was in good hands with both her and the staff at Clarity. In 65 years of visiting optomotrists, Dr. Reita is the best I have encountered.
I do not recommend dr Paul fasulo.i will never be back to this eye doctor due to their lack of professionalism. I scheduled an appt for a contact lense prescription update, I was told to come without contact lenses. We talked about my results to wear glasses. They gave me a prescription and I went on my way to order online. They did not tell me the prescription they gave me was only for glasses and that I wouldn't be able to buy my contacts with it. What a wonderful experience it was to be cared for by this team. Dr. Fasulo and the entire staff were outstanding from the moment I arrived, even though it was the end of the shift on a Friday. Smiles, kindness, and professionalism throughout—nothing but praise. In addition to being extremely warm and courteous, the eye exam was very thorough and exceptionally well performed.
Dr. Paul Fasulo and Dr. Lynn and the Clarity Team are the best in land. Kind and caring exceeding all others in their profession. Emprthy and kindness and support, with personal touch and after care advice, such amazing support for seniors like me to feel cared for beyond the call of duty.
