As a first time home buyer, I was so nervous to buy my first home, and wasn't sure of the fees associated with everything. Majid walked me through every step of the way, from my closing costs to selecting my fixed/variable mortgage, etc... I am so happy with my house and this process. I got my FTHB credit, and I was also referred to a lawyer that was excellent. They are a one stop shop for mortgages, look no further.
Unfortunately my experience with clarity mortgage was nothing but headaches. For the 3 years I had a loan with them their communication was terrible. The secretary Stella was beyond rude, Riz was no better. There were hidden fees upon hidden fees. Legally Unjustified fees upon discharge and nsf fees that were due to their own mistakes. Beware of them.
