I started hair restoration at Clarity Medical Spa in November, and I’m already really happy with the results. I did Alma TED, and it’s helped a lot with new hair growth. Dr. Patel listened to my concerns and recommended TED for my situation, and it’s honestly been a great fit. Avoid the dishonest clinic! Here is why: 1. Misleading ads. I was a victim of bait-and-switch. I bought a promotional Sofwave facial treatment for $1999 that, according to the advertisement, was supposed to cover the full face, but Dr. Patel only did a third of it. She then tried to upsell me on a 'special' to finish the rest for thousands more, a price that was actually far higher than their 'regular' cost. This place is absolutely a rip-off! 2. Highly recommend this medical spa!! I had skin tag removal procedure. Dr. Patel was patient and caring throughout the whole procedure. Staff is courteous and understanding, they’ve been super flexible with scheduling requests. I’m already looking into future treatments for vitamin infusions. Don’t hesitate and try Clarity Spa! ☺️
