Mai is an incredibly kind soul and has been a fantastic help to me! She listens, offers suggestions, and helps to re-frame things in a positive and helpful way. I thoroughly enjoy my sessions with Mai! She gives you tools to practice and work on outside of the sessions and responds promptly to messages as well. I feel like I have improved my outlook thanks to her and I couldn’t be more grateful!
