At age 60, This was my first hearing test so I didn’t know what to expect, but from the reviews I had high expectations! Dr. Becker and her student exceeded them. I took tests for not only hearing, but also for tests incorporating all of the senses! I got my baseline information explained to me very clearly and in non medical terminology. There is a definite difference between between a hearing aid test and a hearing test! Go to an audiologist like Dr. Becker that will give you a medical diagnosis.
I am traveling and neglected to bring spare filters and domes for my hearing aids. I ordered what I thought was correct but needed verification. I walked into Clarity. No appointment. The staff were very welcoming. They suggested I come back in 45 minute and they were able to fit me in. They approved my purchase and took my aids to the clinic room to clean them and they replaced the domes and filters using their own materials. No charge. I will go there for all my hearing aid needs. Wonderful staff and very professional.
I had a wonderful experience as a first-time patient at Clarity Hearing yesterday. Dr. Becker tested my hearing and made some suggestions for different hearing aids that I anticipate will provide me better hearing. I will continue using Clarity Hearing for my hearing health and highly recommend them.
