Dr Becker is informative, kind, thorough and interested in helping. I had an exposure to loud noise and was concerned because the tinnitus had increased significantly. She did a baseline hearing test - also performed a cognitive baseline test. All was good - I was expecting more recommendations to get things back to normal - she gave me white noise and time. Her explanation was extensive with a follow up email sharing my results. I will be doing regular - meaning annual or every 2 year exams with her, she earned my trust!!

I had my initial consult today and from the moment I walked into their cozy, clean and organized office to leaving an hour or so later I felt at home. I was very comfortable with Dr Alaina, who referred to herself as an “ear nerd” and you can tell helping her patients obtain better hearing is her passion. She was very pleasant and very thorough in her exam, explaining each test and encouraging questions which she was happy to answer.
