Dr. Miller is one of those doctors that truly cares for her patients. I was having issues with the VA, so she and Dr. Brown from VA teamed up and formed a plan to work through the issues at hand. She went well above and beyond to help me out (more than she had to do). She even personally called me to verify, that I was satisfied with the hearing aids that I received. When I showed up for my appointment, it was obvious to me that they were very busy. It was just a short wait before Alyssa came to help me. She was so courteous and attentive. She took her time with me, and explained carefully how to use my hearing aids, and the other devices I received. I definitely give clarity hearing five gold stars and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Olivarez and her staff are AMAZING! My son will not let anyone touch his ears. He is super sensitive. The fact she was able to get all the testing done that was needed, amazes me. If you’re looking for an audiologist, look no further and get scheduled! The office is very clean and easy to find. If I can, I’d give them more than 5 stars!
