I had an excellent experience with Dr. Crystal Wiggins at Memorial Hearing. The lobby is beautiful, and the check-in process was quick, easy, and completely seamless. Dr. Wiggins explained the ear wax removal process clearly, was very efficient, and made the entire appointment comfortable. This was hands down the best ear wax cleaning I’ve ever had. Overall, the staff and service were outstanding, and I left very happy with my experience. Highly recommend!

I came back for an annual maintenance appointment and yes, the customer service is still outstanding.....
Everyone from the staff to the doctors are extremely kind and hospitable. They make the visit feel very welcoming. The best part of the visit is that you are getting very good service within a very reasonable price range. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs to have ear cleanings.
