Where to start?! A really positive experience. After a horrible drive from 50 miles west (owing to storms and rain making I-10 worse than normal), the welcome from the front desk was as warm as anyone could wish. They offered me a cup of delicious coffee which was so welcome, as the traffic delays had made a quick detour to McDonald's for coffee (as planned) impossible. The office and treatment rooms are warm and calming and feel a like a private luxury clinic. They do not accept insurance, but the prices are VERY reasonable... read more
Customer service was top notch! Thank you Dr. Erika! Drove over an hour for my mother’s ear wax removal & she made the whole experience very comfortable! Professionalism at its finest! I would highly recommend.
