I can only speak for the dental side, but that experience made me rule out clarity for anything at all from this point forward. People on Medicaid insurance are treated like absolute cattle and there’s absolutely no doubt that they rush you in and out without caring one bit about you. Some of the staff offer fake professional kindness, but the procedures are very crude and handled as though they just need to rush through. The doctor and staff are rude
Dr.Simon ,I think it was, has been the most through Dr. In all my life. I just turned 52.
Had work done and my next appt they was ready to pull that same tooth out and there was no talk of this. I was mad, dentist was too scared to come talk to me after I denied having that tooth pulled. This place really likes to just pull teeth out instead of fixing them. They don't know what they are doing there and you can read the uncertainty on their face. I do not recommend this office to anyone other than maybe for a free clean because insurance pays for it.
