I read a few of these reviews and I am very shocked! We moved here about 6 months ago and I knew nothing about this clinic! Found it on google and went! Since then, I have grown to absolutely love this staff! I had a medical emergency yesterday and they called me back within 10 minutes! That wasn’t the extent of it. Great service with wonderful employees. Caring staff, helpful and treats you like family.
My last visit was not pleasant the receptionist at the front desk said I had a balance of 150 dollars and a fee of 30 for paperwork I had to fill out. She told me why I couldn’t pay the fee and I told her I was struggling with money at the moment and proceeded to tell me I couldn’t be seen without paying the “fee”. The only thing I was there for was to see my doctor and get my meds refilled and that lady was flat out rude and only seemed to be money hungry she was very unprofessional and her co worker agreed to that she was.... read more
