Getting to choose who i deal with was the better option for me. Adrienne and I had established a relaxed client relationship which helped me progress in my treatment. I feel without the online sessions, my hospital admissions would have possibly the only other option for me to progress as far.
Hi everyone I have been with Clarity Health for so long now and I do have to say that the service have been exceptional. Why do I say that; even though I rated four ⭐️s. There is a major flaw I will list them: communication: primary GP, other therapists to ensure that the holistic care can be given this tends to be extremely difficult for the services to help with mental health. Appointments: Not able to get appointments or not followed up to see how we are going. Clients may not be able to call for help!

I don’t leave reviews often but after the way I was treated, I have to speak up. Jean Hansen is an incredible psychologist—she’s empathetic, understanding and actually listens. I’ve felt supported and safe with her every session. If this review was based on her alone, I’d give 5 stars. Unfortunately, my experience with Dr. Marcin Falkowski has been the complete opposite. From the start, he’s lacked basic empathy, talked over me, and made me feel like a burden. He never explained that Lamotrigine needed to be increased to 20... read more
Dr. Marcin is incredibly empathetic and takes time to understand, diagnose and treat patients. I've felt safe in every appointment.
