Im absolutely greatfull to the awesome people Ive had during a time where I was absolutely lost and unable to navigate my way out. As a well organised team they kept each other updated as to what we covered and where the other team member can pick up and continue from. So we are always striving forward and tasks that I would not have accomplished on my own are being done and completed. This is a long time overdue, I was 22 or 23 when I first came to see Dr Mathew Warden back during covid, he completely dismissed and invalidated what I was saying. In fact the last appointment was what made me not want to show up anymore. I have a much better team now who have done more research and can recognise ADHD & Autism in women which is what I wanted to find out in the first place. Hi everyone I have been with Clarity Health for so long now and I do have to say that the service have been exceptional. Why do I say that; even though I rated four ⭐️s. There is a major flaw I will list them: communication: primary GP, other therapists to ensure that the holistic care can be given this tends to be extremely difficult for the services to help with mental health. Appointments: Not able to get appointments or not followed up to see how we are going. Clients may not be able to call for help!
Getting to choose who i deal with was the better option for me. Adrienne and I had established a relaxed client relationship which helped me progress in my treatment. I feel without the online sessions, my hospital admissions would have possibly the only other option for me to progress as far.
