I drive from Kimberly because I trust the doctor. They also have a fun selection. I’ve had severe headaches due to light sensitivity and appreciate that they can do different tints for specific types of light.
Great place to go! Dr. Kelsey was very kind and patient when answering my questions. It was my first time getting glasses and Kathy was so helpful, she made the process less overwhelming. I'm thankful this place is in Buhl!

I give two stars just for the doc, he was wonderful. As for the rest of the employees and service, I would give negative stars. No smiles, no welcome, very cold. I've been wearing glasses most of my life, and never have I been CHARGED for an adjustment, and didn't tell me about the charge until after the adjustment. Bad form.
From the front office ladies, to the assistant and straight back to Dr. Kelsey it was a wonderful experience. I switched to Clarity after an unpleasant experience elsewhere and the difference was night and day. Professional and organized, wonderful communication and a kind manner about them all! Definitely look forward to going back for my yearly exam.
