I understand this is a new practice… but when you come in for your appointment, they tell you that you have a copay of $29 and don’t tell you that it’s “recommended/required” for a picture for your eye, just a copay. I don’t blame the front desk cause i know they are just doing their job but the doctors could communicate that they do that to take a picture of my eyes. Very nice and welcoming staff and they explained everything to me very clearly and had lots of demos.
Front staff Galilea , Alondra was very professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone took the time to make sure I was comfortable and that all my questions were answered. The service was excellent, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. Dr.NGO made sure I was very thorough about getting me in the best possible position to better my vision . I’m a new patient and I was welcomed as soon as I walked in. I didn’t realize I was a few minutes late and they were still very nice. The front desk ladies were very nice and sweet. My optometrist, Dr. Nguyen, was also very great. My appointment was quick and hassle free.
