Dr. Frogner is an excellent doctor. She is amazing and I'm happy that I found her. She has a lifetime patient in me.
I unfortunately had a disappointing experience with this therapist. It felt like he was projecting his own issues onto me and turning that into a diagnosis, rather than truly listening and understanding my situation. I didn’t feel heard or supported, and the conclusions he made didn’t seem grounded in what I was actually sharing. Both Therapy and Psychiatry here has been a step in the right direction for me
I would give it 0 stars if I could - don’t go there. I enrolled in group therapy hoping to connect with others dealing with anxiety and panic attacks, but the experience was disappointing from the start. I went to 3.5 days of therapy that are broken into 2 session/day. I went to a total of 7 sessions and 3 of those sessions spent doing yoga, which felt like a poor use of time given that sessions cost over $1,000.
