Clarity Clinic treated my son for over two years. Everything went well expect the discrepancies with billing. Sometimes we were billed more for the same type of appointment. It began to get too expensive for us, but we were still making payments. The day before our appointment, they canceled because we still owed money. No phone call, no message on the portal. I have no complaints beside the patient portal does not update/work when paying your bill. It doesn't show your past payments (even though it should) and most of the time if not all you have to call them in order to pay because it simply will not let you pay through the portal even though it shows a balance is due. You could have a balance of 100 and it won't let you pay through the portal because it says you don't have a balance due... even though you do.
DON’T GO HERE!!! I unfortunately had a disappointing experience with this therapist. He was projecting his own issues onto me and turning that into a diagnosis, rather than truly listening and understanding my situation. I didn’t feel heard or supported, and the conclusions he made didn’t seem grounded in what I was actually sharing. The person I worked with leapt to sweeping conclusions based on virtually no information—advice that was about as reliable as a fortune cookie.
