Horrible. Not only is it hard to find a psychiatrist appointment, when you finally get it, they would have you waiting for half an hour for nothing. I make an appointment waited three weeks for my first visit. Arrived 15 minutes earlier as recommended. Nobody approached me. I was in the waiting room for 25 minutes and was never called. Hope you don’t have to deal with this. I won’t ever come back.
I’ve had too many issues tracking down their “prior auth team” after making phone call after phone call to the office to get a Rx filled, that I have been without medication several times. Very nice team but their system for managing Rxs is horrible.
Clarity lives up to its name, easy to navigate the site, phone intake and scheduling. My therapist was wonderful, treating me with respect and sensitivity. Her questions were thought provoking. It was an opening to self discovery.
