Dr. Alley is great but unfortunately Clarity Clinic is a total scam and violates HIPAA guidelines so it's not worth seeing him. I've been out of medication for months. I caught them committing insurance fraud for incorrect billing, asked for ledgers due to each visit being billed differently which took months to receive. They constantly cancel appts last minute. Exactly what I was looking for.
First impression of the clinic and staff are positive. I found the staff to be very helpful with my paperwork that I had difficulty doing. I really felt comfortable with Dr Reid Alley. I had chosen him based on his bio and found him to be very supportive and made me feel comfortable talking. I will continue with Dr Alley.
