August 20th Ordered online, site stated transaction did not go through, but it was pending on my card then posted as a charge. Phoned and left a message Recieved no call back. Went in the next day and spoke to an employee who confirmed there was no delivery or order on his end and that this has happened in the past, took my name and stated he would call me after speaking to their tech team, never heard back. Best place in town, staff are awesome, prices good, great location. Staff are super knowledgeable and can always direct you in a proper direction. My regular place. -Mitch
I had bought a new pen that wouldn't charge and the staff were fantastic. They looked up the purchase and refunded the cost and suggested a different one. The lady who helped me knew her stuff and super friendly. I've gotten a couple things from there and the staff have always been awesome.
Excellent customer service and gave me exactly what I wanted!
