Have used their services for my child for almost 5 years now and am thrilled with their service! Our RBT and BCBA are the best, they go above and beyond!!! Highly recommend.
No consistency. Was told that the therapists schedule would be flexible and then the therapist made us work around their schedule because they were in school. Was told that they would take our insurance and then was consistently asked to change our insurance so they could get a higher pay rate. Would schedule an in home meeting and then the appointment would be changed to virtual.
