This office is clearly no longer in business, yet they chose not to take the proper steps to block appointments from being made and to remove their presence online. I made an appointment only last week and received multiple reminders via text and email only to arrive to an office that is cold, dark, and locked.

I was able to book an appointment online and got email and text reminders. I've been seeing the doctor for 8 years now on and off to manage my asthma. I got to the appointment to have the receptionist tell me that he's been gone for months. I hope they turn off appointment scheduling soon so others don't waste their time.

This doctor just completely disappeared? Cancelled all the appointments and when I went to the office it was closed. Mad cause I had to do new allergy testing since no one can get ahold of the this place for our records!?

What the heck is going on? I've had 2 of my monthly appointments cancelled the night before with no explanation. They still show available appointments in the future, but I'm sure those will get cancelled also. I've been going here for the better half of a decade. It would be common curtesy to let me know if I need to find a new doctor.

Something happened. They cancelled all appointments and won’t take any phone calls. Office is closed without any formal announcement. I hope he’s ok but need my records to continue treatment somewhere else.
